I had so much fun gathering these fun snail mail goodies. These are the things I would actually send in a card to a friend. The tea in the above picture, however, is a prop. I still haven’t starting drinking tea yet, but I’m getting there! Pretty though, right? 💕
Ladies, I could send out beautiful snail mail cards till the cows come home. This fun #sendcardsspreadlove challenge is just icing on the cake!
What do you put in your cards? Anything? Because if you don’t, that’s cool too! A card, words, an envelope and stamp & BAM! Love is on the way! 😍
Me, I like to pack some little bits and bobs, little mini things, die cuts, planner & journal goodies & of course some cute stickers like Danielle’s collaboration sticker sheet in the photos below! These are so cute and super quality made! ❤
So grab yourself a cup of tea or coffee, some fruit or a cupcake and start planning on making some loved ones very happy to open their mailbox! For my next month’s guest post, I’m going to be showing you exactly what I’ll be snail mailing for this challenge. I most likely will get carried away! 😉😊
xoxoxo Nancy

Those are such gorgeous bits and pieces… and the composition!
I never really included anything before, but I love this idea. I am thinking of seasonal petals, magazine headlines, even handlettering my own stickers : )
Looking forward to the challenge. I will finally put my procrastination aside and send those cards in April! If not before then…
Best,
Ezgi
P.S. I don’t think Starbucks gift card would work in Istanbul, Turkey, I just wanted to write to you guys : )
Hi Ezgi! So happy you’re joining us for the challenge 🙂 Handlettering your stickers is such a great idea & I can’t wait to see your cards. xo
Hi Ezgi!
Thank you so much for all the sweet comments! I’m so happy you were inspired! You certainly made my day! 🤗💕💕
Oh, and I appreciate the heads up regarding Starbucks! Oops. I figure out something better for next time! ❤
I like to send Affirmation Cards or Truth Bomb Cards by Danielle LaPorte 🙂 A little dose of inspiration!
Such a great idea Lauren! I’ve got to dig out my DL truth bombs so I can do that too.
Hi, Nancy and Danielle!
These look like lovely items to brighten someone’s day. I appreciate the ideas since I just recently started including little bits and pieces in my snail mail.
One thing that I just started sending out is my first “zine.” If you haven’t seen them, they are mini 8 page booklets that can be made from a single 8 1/2 x 11 sheet, photocopied, and folded. Just search “zine” on YouTube. I made mine using little drawings I have made accompanied by quotes. There are endless possibilities, and it is something that really reflects the personality of the sender.
Looking forward to the challenge!
Jannie
Hi Jannie! Ohhh will you share a pic of you zine in the FB group or if you don’t want to share there will you email me a pic? I made one a long long time ago & I love zines. So glad you’re joining the challenge again. xo
Hi Janine!
Ezines!!! I have a bestie, Dana, who is making these for a sweet biz she’s starting up called “The Happy Project” I featured her in my Instagram a few days ago @everydaynaseeha or you can check her out @dapoppins They look so fun to make! 🤗💕
I love including tea bags in Happy Mail that I send. Also stamped images for the recipients to color. A handmade bookmark is fun. I think including anything extra makes it special!
