Where do the cards come from?
I curate every single card from indie designers - nothing mass-produced, so you know you’ll always be receiving something unique. Most of my cards are sourced from Etsy stores or small indie shop owners.
What kinds of cards can I expect? Are there themes?
Expect greatness. No but really, expect a plethora of specially-curated cards in a variety of styles. I don’t do themes (unless it’s December or February), but the surprise is part of the fun!
Do you offer refunds if I don’t like my cards one month? What about trades?
While I can’t offer refunds or trades on cards, you can cancel your subscription (by the 23rd of Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sept, Nov), no strings attached. And the cards are yours for life!
What if one of my items arrives damaged?

When are my cards sent?
Card are sent on a bi-monthly schedule on the 25th (if the 25th falls on a Holiday or Sunday, they are sent the next day): January, March, May, July, September & November.
When are the Stationery Boxes sent?
Boxes are sent on a quarterly schedule on the 25th (if the 25th falls on a Holiday or Sunday, they are sent the next day): March, June, September & December.
How do I cancel my subscription?
There are 2 ways to cancel:
1. Email me at info[at]prettybypost.com or contact me here and I'll happily take care of this for you.
2. Log into your PayPal account & follow the instructions here.
How do I change my mailing address or email?
Log into your account here using the email & password you created. If you've lost your password, just click on the lost your password link below the login button.
Once you're logged in you'll see your member dashboard & you'll click on manage your billing/shipping address or edit or manage your account.
How do I get my member discount?
Subscribers receive a special automatic membership discount for purchase of Single Collections & Single Stationery Boxes. You must be logged in to see & receive your automatic savings - the discount cannot be given to you manually) & the discount will only apply while you are a subscriber.
If you were gifted with a subscription (you lucky duck), unfortunately, the discount won’t work as the system only allows for the purchase email. But hopefully, this along with our awesome curated collections will entice/incentivize you to join us once your gift subscription is over. If you purchased a gift subscription you can use the discount for yourself or to keep on giving gifts.
