If you read my last blog post, you know that April is National Card & Letter Writing Month (hooray!)
In celebration, my friend and co-host Christina Olsen of Creative Mercantile and I are holding a weekly challenge called #sendcardsspreadlove where we’re asking you to send out at least four cards near and far. That’s one a week. So easy!
There will be guest posts galore for inspiration, letter writing resources, plus weekly challenges and prizes. It’s going to be so much fun (‘cause there ain’t no party like a Pretty by Post® party)! We start Monday, April 4th. SIGN UP HERE for a fabulous FREEBIE created by Christina and so you don’t miss out on any of the posts, info, etc.
And if you need cards for the challenge, check out The Best of Curated Collection (LIMITED EDITIONÂ and LIMITED QUANTITIES). For free shipping USE CODE BESTOF. Or you can purchase any past collection.
Now on to the April 2016 Curated Collection
I believe that this card from Constellation & Co. would be Leslie Knope’s fave card and maybe even Amy Poehler’s (from Smart Girls). Give the strong and smart girl in your life this card STAT.
Cheer someone up with this hand-painted heart with gold foil on recycled paper card by Idlewild Co.
For the girl who needs some encouragement and the paper equivalent of a hug/high-five/fist bump, send this fun card by The Social Type.
Just like chocolate, wine and coffee, your friend has the power to help you through anything. Let them know how appreciated she/he is with this letterpress card from Wild Ink Press (also printed on recycled card stock).
Which card(s) is your favorite? I love comments almost as much as I love snail mail, so please do share below!
It’s time to celebrate with our monthly giveaway (open to US & Canada ONLY). To be entered, leave a comment below (mandatory). For more chances to win, you can complete more entries. And if you’re a current subscriber and you win, don’t fret, you can either choose to gift your prize to another lucky individual (talk about major friendship points) or you can have an extra month on us.

I love 2 but one really spoke to me…… Girls are smart. I have a friend who is starting a new life and business after a bad divorce and she really needs that kind of encouragement. So I would send Girls to Terresa.
The other one by the way is Coffee, Chocolate and Wine. I am not a wind drinker, if it said beer it would have been #1!
I agree that the card you picked would be perfect for your friend who is going through such a tough time. Thanks for reading & commenting Kim!
The cards are so cute. I love cards… and always have a stash at hand when an occasion pops up . I think my favorite is “feel better soon”. (although the coffee, wine, chocolate is a close second). Thankfully I don’t know anyone sick right now. but when it happens, I’d have it handy.
So glad that you don’t know anyone who is sick right now Lisa! And I just love hearing that you have a stash of cards on hand.
I think my favorite one this month is the Feel Better Soon. My dad just had to have heart surgery on fairly short notice this past week, so that card is perfect to send him some cheering up as he recovers (everything went great and he’s doing fine!)
I’m so relieved & glad to know that your dad is doing good after his heart surgery!
LOVE the coffee/wine/chocolate card. It’s actually perfect for my mom! But I also love the “Girls are smart and strong” one. Great collection this month!
That’s so sweet that you would send that card to your mom! Thanks for reading & commenting Jenna.
