These sweet and simple gift tags were a breeze to make! They are all pre-made tags and all just a little too Plain Jane for me.
For this first set I used washi tape, to cute up these kraft colored tags.
I used a couple of different patterns and topped each tag with red and white baker’s twine. I also made sure to leave plenty of room for writing on them. ❤
Next up, tags number two and three are these darling shabby chic lovelies! I like these but still felt they needed a little something.
I added some texture and detail, so I supplied the tags with scraps of fabric and zigzag stitches with black thread.
For tag number four, I used a similar style as the Shabby Chic tags. Only this time, I used two pieces of frayed fabric in a patchwork fashion. 💕
Last, but not least, is gift tag number five. I love the adorable pocket on this cutie – you could slip in a love note or maybe some cash! I’m sure some special person on your gift list would love either one!!!
I sure hope you have enjoyed this colorful and fun DIY gift tag tutorial! I’ve got a fun surprise for next month’s guest post AND a giveaway! I say we start 2018 out with some careful and oh, so extra colorful plans! That’s a hint! 😉
xoxoxo Nancy ❤

These are great ideas! I have some plain kraft tags that I never use because I don’t know what to do with them, so I’m excited to use some of these ideas. Thanks, Nancy!
